Anything done outside Faith in the kingdom is a waste of time, effort, energy and resources. Faith is the software that runs the kingdom and without faith in Christ, it is impossible to please and access God's grace and unmerited favor.
When you present a need or want before God, do so with a heart saturated with faith and a lips filled with faith. Any prayer done without absolute trust and believe that God is faithful and has provided a solution to your need in Christ, and all you need do is to receive by faith, such prayer will be tossed away like a chaff in a wind!
The heart of one who serves the Lord must be single. One who is double - minded, who always fret at circumstances, and chickens out in the face of trials rather than looking onto Christ in faith won't receive anything from God.
God isn't moved by emotions. What awes God is the magnitude of your faith in His finished works.
