The day you believed that Jesus is the Son of God, you became a store house of Power. The Authority of Christ became yours and you received all things from the Lord.
John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
The Nature of God; His eternal life was infused into your DNA, you became righteous and holy as the Lord Jesus Christ. You also received glory, you were called into glory and then you became a divine partaker of his dignity.
2 Peter 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
This reality must be captured in your Mind. When the eyes of your mind see and behold this truth, you'll possess and lay-hold of this truth.
The Power that raised Christ from the dead dwells in your spirit.
Eph 1:19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
The greatest display of God's power was seen in the resurrection of Christ from the dead. After Jesus took on the Nature of the fallen man(sin) before redemption, he had to satisfy all the claims of divine justice which says the soul that sinneth shall die. At the point of Jesus's sufferings, He already had sin infused in him. He had to face God's wrath and Judgement in order to save all men from the power of sin and death. When he died, he went down into Sheol where he spent three days and nights. Christ who is the righteousness and express image of purity and holiness of God had to get rid of his divinity and then take on human nature in order to provide salvation for man. He identified with sinners so as to grant sinners his nature of righteousness. Right there in Sheol, the glory of the Father was quickened in Him and then he rose from the dead by the Power of God. This Power which raised Christ from the dead was then delegated to all those who will believe in the resurrection of Christ. Christ gave the Church His Power and authority. You are a mighty storehouse of God's Power and glory because you've got God's Spirit in you.
