Ministry: A lesson from Apostle Paul's Ministry

A minister of the gospel is God's Hand...

For those with a sincere heart doing God's work, you are strengthened!
There's a mighty supply of grace on you this season

The good news is the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, not arguments over doctrinal issues, motivation, vain babblings, give your life to Christ or burn in Hell!

When Paul faced persecutions in Berea and was led out of the city by the disciples to Athens, he met the worship of idols and strange gods there. His intention was to wait for the arrival of Timothy and Silas from Thessalonians to Him but because he was moved by a passion to see God's will enthroned in every city, He moved out to the synagogue in Athens and was teaching the good news.

Paul never head out to the philosophers advocating strange worship in Athens, neither did he started arguments. He simply showed them the message of the cross which is the resurrection!

Acts  17:18 Then certain philosophers of the Epicureans, and of the Stoicks, encountered him. And some said, What will this babbler say? other some, He seemeth to be a setter forth of strange gods: because he preached unto them Jesus, and the resurrection.

If the body of Christ can have men zealous for the things of the kingdom like Paul in our day, the entire earth will currently be immersed in the knowledge of Christ! What we have now is arguments and disputes over doctrinal issues even in the body!
