There is a phase between the time when seeds are sown & harvest, likewise there is a time frame between the anointing & manifestation, it's a process
Stuffs that last long takes time before they get produced.
Durable materials and services aren't microwaved, they take a whole while before they get manufactured
Likewise gold in it's crude form appears dirty and undesirable but when it passes through furnace and much beating, it transforms into an art of awe
When God places an anointing in a man, it's an empowerment to make him carry out a given assignment with ease,
but the platform to carry it out might not be so visible in the church or organization where such man has being of service
It's expedient for such man to master the use and dynamics of that gift he already has before the time of manifesting.
This mastery gets built up overtime by being of service more than ever before in the place where God has placed him.
During these times, he receives the necessary trainings to live under harsh circumstances, to overcome temptations, to live a puritan, consecrated, holy life and to cultivate the right character (fruits) for leadership
Now, contrary to popular opinion in church today, most times God's will wouldn't be for him to start up something new but to serve as an undercover agent where he already is of service, hence strengthening the fold in secret.
Most folks nowadays are unwilling to serve unnoticed, believing their anointing is underutilized, thus launching all out to start up a ministry without receiving instruction from the Holyspirit.
This quest to be known, to be seen and heard have made many appear before their appointed time, vanishing from God's will like smoke, not fulfilling their purpose in church and life particularly
A man can be very effective in service when he is not even noticed, same way cells and tissues are of utmost importance in the body and organs form vital framework of our systems
A man's heart pumps blood responsible for the effective functioning of the human body, yet it is hidden in a ribcage, unseen.
A little interference with it can disrupt & affect the whole system.
Now imagine the heart saying to itself that it's works are undermined and it needs to be appreciated for it's efforts hence leaving it's natural position to appear outside where it'll be all visible, this wouldn't make any sense
Likewise the liver, the kidneys, lungs, veins and arteries, they constitute major parts of our vessel yet are unseen.
In the same manner, a man can be highly effective in service to God and in the end of his days on earth receive a more exceeding reward from the father even though he is the least in the fold.
Steven wasn't a Bishop, neither was he a Pastor, he wasn't the chief Pope, he was just a server in the early church, yet it's recorded he was so filled with the spirit of faith, with wisdom, power and the Holyspirit.
He did tremendous miracles and gave a wonderful sermon in the book of Acts, yet was very dedicated to serving meals in the early church
If every member of the church, especially here in Africa can be submitted to service, being less concerned about the fame and public recognition that comes with being the sent-man, there'll be a mighty harvest of souls and a mighty revival across the borders of this continent, causing a drastic change in all other stratas
God help the church!
